Search js-sdk for this: synthesise a profile update for ourselves because Synapse is broken and won't

It is unclear what this is referencing.

The profile echo comes down presence which is disabled on matrix.org, its just a workaround for that - matrix-org/matrix-js-sdk#1534 for more context
