[@FroMage] When we create it. To explain what goes on in there.

The problem will be keeping it up-to-date on new releases, but avoid overwriting it if the user touched it. Not sure how to solve that.

[@quintesse] Perhaps just put a link to a web page explaining things?
(not using "/current/" of course but the actual version)
