@Frontesque
Hi, I don't want to create an issue to ask a question in the repo, the discussions tab isn't enabled and you haven't provided an E-Mail for someone to contact/reach you, so here we go:
Is there any chance you make it compatible with Win7 x86 (32-bit) ?, I'm interested in the Portable, but the installer will do too, the issue with scrcpy v2.3.1 will be that apparently Google (f. them) no longer supports that OS ver. and the latest ScrCpy (original) crashes because of the latest platform tools, but the last one that works is r34.0.4, replacing adb.exe, AdbWinApi.dll & AdbWinUsbApi.dll with the ones from r34.0.4 makes the Genymobile's one work (the scrcpy.exe won't crash), but the thing is that I need the feature and the convenience of your's, along with on screen controls (for devices with hardware nav. buttons, instead of on-screen/software NavBar), and I'm out of options...

@Frontesque I don't have a discord, telegram or any of those, some can say I'm old fashioned. As long as TG requires a phone number to register, sent verification & login - I won't have such...

What is there to communicate ?, the answer is simple - Yes ¦ No.

alright. You can install node and compile SCRCPY+ the way you need it. That's why this project is open source. Please reference BUILDING.md for information.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't even know what that is, and I guess for this node and to compile I need some coding knowledge along with somewhat decent specs PC, I have 15+ Year ones, so I doubt I will be able to do something.

Either way, I doubt it's just a matter of installing that node v16 or newer (latest v21.4.0) DL the repo's .zip and running 2 commands in CMD/PowerShell or whatever and it just will magically work on Windows 7 x86...?

Is there a compiled build on Discord or anything interesting there ?

BTW, I hope I didn't / don't sound/look rude or something, it's just that I'm more of a straight to the point with a direct approach type, so sorry if anything ;)

Thanks for the input btw @Frontesque.

that's pretty much how simple it is

edit: the only thing is that you'd need to manually download and replace the resources/SCRCPY folder with the 32-bit build of scrcpy
