It would be nice to have commented text marked as such in search results.
This may be done in the listing of the search results by a simple regex clause, IMHO.

A regex is a workaround. There is a priority in how syntaxes are checked, in which syntax should go before others, see e.g. sort values. So a regex could work, but can also be a brute force approach.

Also consider half selected pieces of the comments if someone goes this route.
