New option in the editor Build Poki HTML5

If Poki-SDK installed in the projects, add option Project->Build Poki HTML5 in the editor that bundles html5 and opens it on https://inspector.poki.dev/? like:

https://inspector.poki.dev/?url=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%3A61959%2Fhtml5%2Findex.html%3D&game=external-http%253Alocalhost%253A61959%252Fhtml5%252Findex.html

We also should fix :

[Warning] [blocked] The page at https://inspector.poki.dev/?http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%3A61959%2Fhtml5%2Findex.html=&game=external-http%253Alocalhost%253A61959%252Fhtml5%252Findex.html was not allowed to display insecure content from http://localhost:61959/html5/index.html.
