Many experiments regarding hubness (the focus of the library) have been done on image data and Hub Miner even contains Image Hub Explorer as a tool.

Hub Miner currently contains quantization methods for building quantized image feature representations if the descriptors are provided in OpenCV format.

However, it should also directly support extracting different image feature types via a Java-based image feature extraction library like https://github.com/locked-fg/JFeatureLib

This would allow for more flexibility in Image Hub Explorer and allow for easier handling of the data.
