I don't see any errors in your logs, did you see in the 1.28.0 release notes that those switches have been removed?

you should now be able to select them as preset modes in the fan entity, since they take over the fan and are mutually exclusive they are better represented as fan presents instead of the old separate switches.

Sorry I missed that they were moved. They showed unavailable. I removed them this can be closed
