Effect Fee

Our power company has come up with the bright ide to tru to steer our power consumption during the winter, we are penalized with a power fee between 07-20 where the average of the three highest power hours costs SEK 75 per kW. the rest of the time the penalty is SEK 37.50 per kW. See the picture

So in short if i have 3 hours with an average of 10kW i get to pay 750kr SEK extra on my bill during daytime and another 375kr SEK if the same happens between 20:00-07:00.
