How can I build dll for python-mip

Hello, thank you for your work,
I'm wondering how can I build group of dll's for python-mip wrapper. Python-mip is installing with cbc dlls, but what if I want replace current version of cbc solver with last one, for example?
I know how to build cbc.exe on windows, but have no idea how to get dll of cbc solver
