The annotated and index.html are out of sync.

So is the JSBin, but at least that one is easy to fix #17

Would be great to set up a watch/build process that will keep both files in sync. We therefore make changes on the annotated.html source only and have the index.html updated by a simple compressor tool, eg. Uglify.
