Identify pages of origin for each event

As a data consumer or investigator, or as a developer or intern working on #8, in order to "trace-back" the event to its pdf source, I should be able to tell which page(s) each event originated from.

Some events span multiple pages, so its not necessarily appropriate to say event belongs to page. Event has and belongs to many pages.
