Bug? Extracted JSON sting contain "correspondent", but later "New correspondent" is "undefined"

Hi, great work !
Since this week I am playing around to establish a workflow. Work quite well and I have tuned my prompt to my needs.

Only issue I have (from time to time) is: The correspondent is filled, but not updated in paperless.

Do you have multiple correspondents with the substring "AXA Versicherung AG"? If so, #88 should fix that. Until then, you can delete all but one correspondent for AXA as a workaround (this is destructive and will need a bit of manual work!).
