Prompt Description field cuts long prompt

Describe the bug
The Prompt Description field seems to be limited to a specific number of characters to show in the UI. It cuts the bottom part of the text.

To Reproduce
on the settings screen
add a (long) prompt in the Prompt Description field
save configuration
once reloaded, check the Prompt Description field

Expected behavior
The full length of the prompt should be preserved to allow for editing/adjusting the prompt in the UI.

Correction It seems to be caused by HTML formatting in the prompt. After removing this, the full length was preserved.

So minor adjustment to possibly account for specific code in the prompt?
