see topic, as this is a new solution and the dev is very active in fixing stuff, which leads to new questions, it would be good to discuss about it.

Agree that would be good! Take a look at how paperless-ngx has theirs structured for a good reference https://github.com/paperless-ngx/paperless-ngx
