ATF uses three-letter ISO 639 language codes for ancient languages like akk and sux, but generally marks translations into modern languages with 2-letter codes like en and de. CTS guidelines prefer 3-letter ISO 639-2 language codes for everything, so we should translate those as part of the conversion.

The languagecodes package seems like a good choice for this.
