Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some times users behave badly, in a way that is not aligned with Cambiatus' Values or the community they are in values. We should have a way to remove them out of the community but there is a lot to think about.

  • How should the decision be made? Via voting? Simple majority?
  • What happens to the users token, product data, transfers, etc? Do we show "removed user"? or we keep showing their data? Maybe provide a way for them to delete their data, like a final auto remove process that they can do by themselves if needed?
  • What we should do to make sure they don't come back with a new account? Should we worry about this?
  • Is it possible to lift a ban?
  • Should Cambiatus have this power or only the communities?
  • Can a banned user rejoin by themselves (maybe by getting a new invite) or the admin needs to rejoin them themselves?
  • What we do with their old balance, do we burn? distribute for the admin? pulverize it over other members?

Describe the solution you'd like
N/A we need to discuss it further

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A we need to discuss it further

Additional context
Some communities are already having issues related to that, right now we have no way of limiting anyone's from participating like it is with fiat money (although authorities are able to arrest you they cannot do nothing about you having and using physical money, they have to ostensively monitor you. Crypto allows us to do this without ostensive strategies, directly from the system)

Determination of a non-aligned person
How does one determine that the user is not aligned to Cambiatus Values?
Is there a code of conduct?
What makes a "bad actor"?
How often do they need to "offend" to be considered not aligned?

Rejoining Cambiatus
is there no point of redemption? I guess this depends on what action they took to get removed.
However, depending on the action do we not want to create an incentive to allow people to come back?

Who determines and how
I think this is an important consideration or it would seem counterintuitive to what we aspire to be "Collaborative Community"
Maybe we need to think what does Collaborative Community really mean

Old balances, assets,
I think this belongs to the user and shouldnt be distributed. Even if they dont join again. They are the individuals assets
