Python version required as mentioned in Section 1.1 is wrong (is 3.0, should be 3.10)
The contents of “2. Setting Up The Development Environment” might need a look given the changes to Section 1. and 2.
Also, the contents of “3. Development Setup with Windows Subsystem Linux” may need to be changed, given the changes to Sections 1. and 2.
