use of deprecated mcrypt extension #71

The code uses the php mcrypt extension (for mailhide as far as I can see). In php 7.1 this has been declared deprecated and in 7.2 removed [1].

Any plans on changing that? I believe the AES functionality that is used here can be used with the openssl API from PHP in a similar way.
