Include progressive backups warning as alert #12

When progressive backups stop running this is logged as a warning, not as an error, so not caught by the current filters.

Message in the Event.log is in the form of:

<timestamp>^tWarning^t786^tUnable to communicate with progressive backup process. Try using the 'fmsadmin restart fmsib' command
