nanopolish index -s failure / prime scheme download failure

Hello all,

I am trying to use the artic minion pipeline, and I know that we have used the ARTIC v4 primers to generate this data. When I try and specify to the environment that I am using the V4 pipeline, the primers cannot be located or downloaded correctly.

When I specify the V3 primers, the “nanopolish index –s” fails. The code has been generating the *.minion.log.txt file as well as the *.fastq.index file. Unfortunately, the log is empty.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the code to help you visualize the errors.
