Error re-adding file to suggestion

I get the following bug on https://blender.community/c/rightclickselect

To reproduce the error:

• "Submit idea"
• Add a new file to the project
• Go to "Post Media" and remove the file using the trash icon
• Re-add the same file again.
• "Error: Cannot add the duplicate file 'FILENAME', it already exists"

What happens: I can not add the file again.
What I would expect: Since I deleted the file, it is no longer listed and I can no longer add it to the text. If the file is still uploaded, should be able to restore the file. If it is not saved yet, I should be able to re-add the file.

I deleted a file by accident and then I had to rename it to be able to add it again to the text. If the old version was still on the website, it could may be listed in a list so that the file can be restored.
