1.21.4 launch args aren't being set (Loom 1.9.424) #262

I've managed to debug why my 1.21.4 forge isn't being booted. It seems like that with 1.9.424 the launch arguments aren't being set.

Here is what it looks like for 1.21:

For 1.21.4 this list is simply empty.

Is there a known workaround?
