观察到有带宽忽高忽低，与此同时stream数量急剧增加，且是重复的不发送的stream #1294

我在一个大概600ms延迟的网络里使用hysteria2进行加速，但是发现带宽忽高忽低。

而且在此期间，观察到streams的数量急剧增加，但是这些streams都是重复且没有发送数据

你提供的这些说实话没什么用，没有日志没有配置也没说这些连接是啥。

streams 数量就是客户端发起的连接数量。我的判断就是断流了，这些增加的 stream 是你用的什么程序在尝试重连
