please rename "upWithViewPager" method of tabLayout #98

One of TabLayout's method "setUpWithViewPager" is named "upWithViewPager" in anvil's DSL extension because of the "set" prefix, which making me hard to find this method.
please rename it to ether its original name or "withViewPager" or anything else that making more sense, thanks!
