The goal of this story is to establish RELEASING.md as a file in the project's root directory which describes step by step on how to:

  • release a new snapshot build
  • release a new release version

This file will be relevant for project collaborators only. The main purpose is to eliminate mistakes during the release process and ensure constant quality.
