image.cgi photo is very dark until reloaded a few times (like video fade in) #3

When loading the still image at "/axis-cgi/jpg/image.cgi" the phot is very dark. After reloading it (web browser refresh) a few times it has the correct brightness.

It looks very much like the few first frames of the video "/axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi" when it fades in at startup

Forgot to write:

Using the phones own camera. It's a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
