@Shyveon Was getting the same issue, didnt look into it much but switch to the hotfix version down it should work as it did for me.

@akiver Just a heads up, seems to be an issue when creating a server. I reset my postgres server and the issue started happening within 3.6.2. Checked tables and there was no Map table/ z threshold column.
