Not compatible with stdlib 9.0.0

stdlib 9.0.0 was released May 30th 2023. puppet-mspackages is not compatible and results in the following error:

2023-06-08 06:04:42 +0100 Puppet (err): Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 500 on SERVER: Server Error: Evaluation Error: Resource type not found: Stdlib::Compat::String (file: /etc/puppetlabs/code/environments/production/modules/mspackages/manifests/init.pp, line: 11, column: 13) on node xxxxx.xxxxx.xxx

Rolling back to version 8.6.0 of stdlib and it works again.

Updated to other packages are now needing stlib to be updated. Therefore this is hold back the updating of other packages and also upgrading to Puppet Source 8.

Is this issue going to be invesigated?

I'm not actively using this at the moment. If I find some spare cycles I will look at setting up a test environment to see what is required. Please feel free to submit a pull request with any required changes - it's more likely you will beat me to it.
