I use latest build of phdlogview for ubuntu from https://launchpad.net/~pch/+archive/ubuntu/phd2. I have set comma as decimal separator in the OS. In logs from PHD, there is used decimal point. The phdlogview doesn't show the guiding graph correctly. The values of position offsets are rounded down (only integer part of the values) - see an image.
I think that the program use decimal separator of OS. Because when I change it, the graph was correct. So, my advice is to use a dot as decimal separator permanently in phdlogview and not the system one.
