Describe the bug pip install pandasgui installs as expected in virtualenv's, 3.8, 3.10, 3.11 yet fails in 3.12

Environment
OS: Windows 10
Python: 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12 (all virtual environments)
IDE: Spyder v5.5.0

Error reported
