Add milestone reports

Please add an option for grantees to attach a report about completed milestones, when requesting their payment.

Example: a recent grantee posted a milestone report on the forum when requesting payment, but when I got the Payout request for Zcash core developer email and followed the link directly to the grants system, there was no hint of that. I was just lucky to have noticed the forum post.
