More upfront changelog for version name changes

So I think it'd be useful to show pertinent changelogs on version name changes. Dialog works, but I'd like something less invasive. Maybe just an indicator in the toolbar that routes to the changelog section of the AboutActivity with it expanded? Goes with #37

Could also just generate a changelog on releases that lists the commits since the last release. A bit more noisy and involved though

EDU bit - first time user sees the present icon, highlight it with TapTargetView
