Rocky Linux

RockyLinux 是基于 DNF 包管理器的发行版。可以参考 OpenEuler 的构建，并且尝试不要使用 OpenEuler 的镜像解压方式，而是采用 DNF 直接构建根文件系统。

参考 其他发行版 - ZJUSCT OpenDocs。

另外 DNF chroot 安装过程中可能会遇到 rpm-software-management/dnf#2022 的问题，可以在 RockyLinux 确认一下。OpenEuler 因为 DNF 有问题就没用这种方式。
