Brief reminder, only for your information:
🟧 WordPress 6.5 Compatibility
Time for some work. WordPress 6.5 was released just yesterday and it is our time to make sure to update our handbook pages with a focus on PHP 8.2 and 8.3:
As a generic overview, we will also publish a new WordPress 6.5 PHP Compatibility post, similar to the ones for WP 6.3 and WP 6.4.
A first draft on a shared Google Doc:

To make sure to have some level of control, we kindly ask you to request edit access to the doc.
🟢 More Hosting Team topics
🟧 Call for meeting hosts & supporters
We're always happy to have new people from the team step up and want to contribute to the team. An easy way to contribute is supporting the team in our meetings by either writing a summary for make.wordpress.org/hosting or running one of our meetings. We know that most of you are already a host but why not explore the world of being the host for the host meetings?
We're there to support, and everyone is invited to give it a chance. Feel free to raise your hand or drop us a DM on slack.
🟧 Hosting Test Runner & Reporter
You might already get the news, but a small team started to rework the hosting test runner and reporter to make it resilient and user-friendly. The new version allows all hosts to run their tests on various PHP versions and even infrastructures. This way, the overview provides more clarity, and we can provide better feedback to the #core team. We're calling all helping hands to check out the now open PRs:
Multi PHP + Multi Environment + Check all commits
Support multiple PHP versions, improve display
Proposal: PHPUnit Test Runner with Multi-PHP and Multi-Environment
Thanks again to @javiercasares, @swissspidy and Cesar for this great work!
🟩 Open Floor
Ok, if nothing else, let's move on to the Open Floor. You are welcome to bring any topic up for discussion at this time.
...
Goodbye
That wraps up today's meeting. Don't forget, our discussions can continue in the #hosting Slack channel or on Make/Hosting anytime.
Hope you have a wonderful rest of your week! [/meeting]
