The Surface Dial Filter driver is not yet finished, and doesnt inject the coordinates into the HID reports.

Need to reverse engineer the Intel i686 driver to understand if the reports have information injected into them, or a specific feature report set is being sent to the dial device
Need to update the driver, potentially with the HeatCore Interface Link to get positions in real time
Finish POC to demonstrate position support

Note: Modern devices like Hub 2S use the modern digitizer heatcore software stack, and support on screen dial (reportedly)
