KeyValue pairs on query variable

I want to dynamically fetch key value pairs from a table so i am using the query variable in grafana to build key value pairs but these are not split in the variable dashboard and instead display as one variable value. Is there any way to achieve what I need?

For example, you can use Business Input (Datasource) to create example variables and provide details.
