Vivisectionist: no med discovery at all on lv 8

Woljif is about to hit lv 12 (4 base class, 7 vivi right now), and no matter which setting I chose for the Alchimist->Vivisectionist->OnlyMedicalDiscoveries entry of TTT's base module, he doesn't get ANY bonus feat at all when leveling up to vivi 8, meaning the level up screen doesn't even show the medical discovery/bonus feat selection sub screen. Bonus feats at lvs 2, 4 and 6 were selectable as usual; I am also not having any issues with any other classes.

I am playing with TTT's setting (limit the selection to medical discoveries) disabled because I want rogue bonus talents. Maybe the whole feat selection is suppressed somehow for Vivisectionist (lv 8). The bonus feat sub screen doesn't show no matter how I configure the setting. Poor Woljif simply gets NO bonus feat at all at Vivi lv 8.

What might be going on? I am running Toy Box, TTT and one portraits mod, that's all.
