模仿 https://github.com/ustclug/discussions 开一个仓库，用 Issues 作为讨论存档。QQ 群和微信群继续用于即时性较强的讨论，但是有意义的论点及讨论结果还是应该及时在这里记录（存档），方便索引。

接下来的工作是把 Trello 上的待办项目逐个迁移到这里，另外一些旧的讨论也可以凭记忆写下来存档（比如当初关于 Proxmox VE 系统以及 LVM 存储方式的调研选型等）。
