The current email templates are copy-pasted from somewhere.

They use 3 nested tables with CSS margins on tds for layout.

They have tons of useless CSS, part of which ends up in emails and makes the HTML unreadable.

Rewrite these to look similar enough but with cleaner HTML/CSS.
