Win-back email campaign to reach out to volunteers that never volunteered

We have a large number of volunteers that have signed up but never filled a request (224 chefs, 83 deliverers). Jade, Ellie, and I are going to work on content for an email that can be sent out to all of them to ask if they're having any trouble and if they'd still like to signup. We'll also look into another email for volunteers that have volunteered but not for the past little while.
