Import Cluster Page: Text alignment issue

The Cluster Name and the input text box are not aligned properly -- specifically, the "Cluster Name" label appears 1-2 pixels higher than the input text box -- it should align in a horizontal straight line.

be centered vertically aligned with the input text box.
