Documentation convergence analysis

Lack of convergence is a common cause of suspicious results that prompt requests for user support. Worse still, it may go undetected.

We should therefore document better how users can do convergence checks in the stox-reca.Rmd vignette. In particular, a guide to set up standard reports from multi-chain convergence checks should be made.
