Estimate the codon pair conservation rates of each of 3721 codon pairs as a function of the product of codon conservation rates of the constituent codons.
Determine the best fit with y-intercept set to zero.
Create and analyze QQ-plot.
Normalize codon conservation rates and determine outliers.
