After changing the display, I am able to run the Nethunter pro.
i tried to use Bluetooth for nethunter application but it's not working
After that, i checked the list of support device for QCACLD internal wifi card for monitor mode and my device is listed there. But the issue is, it is for nethunter on android not for nethunter pro.
Device: Poco f1
mode of installation: SDCARD 124gb
ROM: 6GB
Variant: Global

The internal wifi's mon mode isn't working yer. I guess it needs some patching in the mainline kernel.
Bluetooth should work, check is the service is running or not.
