Move mn_d_asdf() functions into the MagNet.m class.

Prefix:

  • z_ : direct wrapper methods of MagNet API
  • zp_ : higher level MagNet API interfaces (e.g., zp_open())

@npetersen2 Upon thinking about this, I would like to discuss this again before we implement it. It might even move to the backlog until we flesh out some further details.
