Feature request: Responsive Accordion tabs #1

It's great that ui-tab is responsive, but often the desired for tabs on narrow widths is to convert them to accordions. e.g. https://github.com/jellekralt/Responsive-Tabs

It's a nice pattern and would be great to see how ui-tab and ui-accordion could be leveraged to achieve this.
