进入Welearn和Wetest均不显示插件的悬浮窗

同样的，不论是课程还是测试都看不到悬浮窗了，无法使用😭

可能是油猴更新到manifest v3导致的问题，还没有排查
可以使用浏览器扩展版本的本助手，可以解决当前问题
