Saved calculations disappeared from Manage Lookup Rollup Summaries

Hello, some time ago developers installed the tool, and we had it on a sandbox instance and on production. Upon logging into the sandbox today, to test some changes I'm wanting to have in production, the 3 rollup summaries that were saved, and visible in the drop down have disappeared for some reason (literally 2 days ago they were there). I only have access to sandbox, and the fields that are calculating are still on the Opportunity object, and they still work. On production, they are visible. I am wondering HOW I can bring them back, or see what has happened? The only difference I see is on production there is a message in a gray box that is not on sandbox. I tried to search via google any solution, with no information. I am hoping this is something very simple to fix - anyone can help? Attached is a screenshot

• I tried to see if any settings are different, but everything seems the same to me, unless I am looking in a wrong place.
• Full message on production, that is not in sandbox, I have no idea what to do with this: "This tab provides the ability to store rollup definitions as Custom Metadata. Allowing your rollups to be added to Change Sets and Packages and are also now automatically cloned during a Sandbox refresh. Note that you can also change configuration entered here under the Setup menu Custom Metadata Types page, however it is recommended you utilise this page as it provides added validation and features. It maybe that your org has rollups defined under the older Lookup Rollup Summaries tab here, it is recommended you move them over. Hide this message."
