Who is the primary actor in this use case?

User

Describe the use case

As user, I want to see a list of all the papers that I added to my reading list.

Acceptance criteria

show reading list
if a paper was added to the reading list, it should be shown
if a paper wasn't added to the reading list, it shouldn't be shown

Anything else?
