Who is the primary actor in this use case?

Project Admin

Describe the use case

As project admin, I want to export an archived project.

Acceptance criteria

a project has to be archived to be exported
the export contains the following information
- project name, admins, members
- stages of project
- papers of each stage
  - paper title
  - reviewers and their decision + final decision
  - metadata
the export is available in the following formats
- CSV
- XLSX
- JSON
- XML
